    • 2 Tablespoons flaxseed
    • Tumeric root
    • Scoop vegan protein powder

Coffee with a Tablespoon of nut pod creamer

1/4 cup Cashews and 2 mandarin oranges

 

Lunch

Vegetarian vegetable and bean chili, topped with vegan cheese and cilantro

Garlic hummus and sliced bell peppers

Small garden salad with avocado and vegan feta cheese (no dressing)

Vegan spinach lasagna
