What Adrianne Delgado eats in a day:

 

Breakfast

Egg whites + 1 egg

Banana or grapes or berries (basically I rotate fruit for variety but eggs is a constant)

 

Lunch

Sweet kale salad from Aldi with chicken or leftovers from night before

 

Snack

Cottage cheese, berries, and granola is my favorite

 

Dinner

Obviously this changes, but I stick to the 1.2.3 meal planning sheet (high fiber starch, protein, 2 vegetables)

Tonight is chicken, potatoes, butternut squash and asparagus

 

Dessert

We do dessert 2-3x week (popcorn, ice cream, right now Halloween candy)
