Slow Cooker Turkey Soup

This easy soup is a great way to use up your leftover turkey.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds diced potatoes
  • 3 sliced celery ribs
  • 3 diced carrots
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning
  • 3 cups shredded turkey
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
