Dietary Strategy

Our team will teach you what foods to eat during training for your event, whether you're running your first 5K, sprinting down the lacrosse field, pitching your first collegiate game, or are an experienced endurance athlete.  Our Registered Dietitians will help you develop a nutrition plan leading up to and following the event with comprehensive pre and post workout meal ideas.
