Pumpkin Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2-3 Tbsp pure maple syrup, adjust per preference
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy.  Optional toppings include granola, whipped cream, or slivered almonds.
