Stacy Jones is a registered, licensed dietitian and has been practicing nutrition counseling for over ten years. She found her love for nutrition while studying at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. First graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, she later received a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science. After working as a clinical dietitian for four years in Kentucky, she made the move to Pennsylvania.
Since arriving, she began to shift her scope of practice to providing individualized nutrition counseling in an outpatient setting at Penn State University. Through this opportunity in the outpatient setting, she found her sweet spot and where her passions align. She was now able to build relationships while guiding others as she was helping them meet their nutrition needs and personal goals.
Stacy quickly gained experience with individuals presenting a variety of nutrition based needs. This included medical nutrition therapy concerns such as high cholesterol and diabetes to intuitive eating and the meal planning strategies that went along with each.
More recently, her focus has become counseling individuals with disordered eating and eating disorders. She recognizes and is compassionate to the unique challenges these individuals face on their road to recovery. She is passionate about helping them learn to fuel their bodies well so they can be their best authentic self.
Stacy lives in Phoenixville with her husband and two girls. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking and canoeing with her family, and hanging out and playing games with friends.
