Great Relief
I came in after not having a message in 7 months with so many knots in my neck and shoulders. After having Shelley work on me, I felt so much better soon after. I have been going to Bodymetrix for years and seeing Shelley only because I know that I can get so much relief from the knots and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I feel they are so friendly, courteous, respectful and professional.
I speak from experience (as a former massage therapist myself) when I say Shelley has a gift! The massage sessions I've had with her not only helped my tight muscles to relax but also improved my joint function. She is kind and personable as well as a talented therapist.

Shelley Bailey is a licensed massage therapist and 2002 graduate of Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy. Shelley has over 15 years experience in helping clients relax for wellbeing or recover from auto, work, or sports injuries. Shelley believes in a holistic approach in order to help the body recharge or recover. Shelley enjoys working with athletes of all ages to help increase flexibility and to loosen the tissue during training and before competitions. She is a member of ABMP and continues to increase her knowledge in the massage field by attending classes and seminars. In her spare time, Shelley enjoys cooking, hiking, biking, reading, and volunteering.
