So glad I signed up
I love my appointments with Lauren. She is always kind, funny, positive, and tells me the things that I need to hear. Lauren has helped me overcome so much in such a short amount of time, and I am incredibly thankful for her.
Lauren has helped me look at food and nutrition a whole different way. Helping me to lose the weight my doctor wanted me to, in order to come off of insulin and lower some of my blood sugar medication as I am type 2 diabetic. She has given me the knowledge I needed to have a healthy and steady weight loss. It's great having a person advocate for you and know what you are eating is okay and not taking every other individuals take on what is right for a diabetic.
Lauren has been awesome in helping me identify my habits (good & bad) and using them to establish a plan that works for me.
