Kristie is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Communication Disorders and Bloomsbury University with a M.S. in Speech Pathology. She worked for six years with children with special needs and always knew she wanted to enter a career in which she helps others. Kristie recognized how much the mind and body are connected when she began receiving massages to help with her own chronic neck and back pain, anxiety and insomnia. She was also always interested in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. With those interests and a goal to help others, she was drawn to change careers and pursued her license in massage therapy. She graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks and is a member in good standing with ABMP, holds a license to practice massage therapy in the state of Pennsylvania, and is a national certified therapist (NCBTMB). She has been in the massage industry for over six years and brings experience from chiropractic, spa, and health and wellness studios.
During Kristie’s career she has pursued advanced training in the following areas:

Pursuing a career as a Massage Therapist was truly therapeutic both physically and mentally for Kristie. She has learned how much regular massage therapy along with other self-care can truly ground you and help you integrate a healthy mind, body and spirit. She is passionate about health and wellness and truly believes prevention is the best medicine and understands how the mind and body work together. Kristie has a firm, therapeutic yet nurturing touch. She loves to incorporate the use of her forearms to achieve long deep strokes while maintaining flow in the massage.
In addition to massage, Kristie incorporates Yoga, Pilates, hiking, and as much time outside as possible for her own self-care. She lives in Limerick with her husband and three children, and enjoys spending as much time as possible with them as well as watching her daughter play soccer!
