Brooke Balga, RD, LDN

Brooke Balga

Brooke is a registered, licensed dietitian. She initially went to school for Kinesiology at Temple University and received her bachelor's of science in Kinesiology. She has always had a passion for health and nutrition and decided to further her career to become a Registered Dietitian. She went back to school to receive her bachelor’s of science in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She went on to complete her dietetic internship through Inspira Health Network in Vineland, NJ in 2018.

Brooke has been a dietitian for five years and has worked with a wide variety of populations: inpatient; outpatient; and within long term care settings. She has found that the outpatient setting has been very rewarding and where she can show her true passion for helping individuals with their health and nutrition journey.

She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group within AND. She also works part-time as an inpatient dietitian at a hospital in the Lehigh Valley area, where she works on the pediatric floor, as well as with adults providing nutrition education and help managing diets while hospitalized.

Brooke grew up in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, but now lives in Pottstown with her husband, son and dog. She loves to go on walks at local parks with her family, head down to their family beach house in OCNJ and spend time with family and friends.
