Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies

For a sweet treat, try these healthy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal cookies.


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup natural nut butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)


  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash banana and mix all of the ingredients
  3. Drop by tablespoon onto nonstick cookie sheet
  4. Flatten a bit to shape cookie and bake for 12-15 minutes.
