Gingerbread Energy Bites

Nothing says “holidays” like gingerbread! These energy bites are the perfect tasty treat for this time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts (or almonds or cashews)
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • ¾ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • Pinch of salt
