Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

If you are starting to have a plethora of zucchini in your garden and looking for ways to use them, these air fryer zucchini chips are an easy, delicious side dish or snack! Serve them plain or with marinara sauce for dipping. Or, if you prefer ranch dip, try them with Lauren’s yummy Protein-Based Ranch Dip.


  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into ¼ inch rounds
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup almond flour or any type of flour
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese or Nutritional Yeast
  •  ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for drizzling
