Have you ever had ricotta toast?
It’s a simple recipe with lots of variations. It all starts with a slice of bakery fresh bread topped with ricotta cheese and a whole range of toppings options. Check out some ideas below:
- Banana (or really any fruit of choice), walnut, cinnamon, honey
- Soft scrambled eggs, capers, black pepper
- Pears, honey, thyme
- Blackberries, balsamic vinegar, mint
- Blueberries, pistachios, lime zest
- Lemon zest, basil, honey, red pepper flakes
- Avocado, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, lemon zest, olive oil
- Roasted tomatoes, rosemary, sea salt
- Radish, green onion, freshly ground black pepper
- Avocado, everything bagel seasoning
